I would avoid this place - the red head lady behind the counter is rude, arrogant and should not be representing such a beautiful city. It seems like this place is only interested in making money. My experience was based from September 2017 - hopefully this lady has been sacked ... she shouldnt be in Customer service. All the other staff seems scared of her - particularly when she started screaming and clapping her hands at me.

Good place to help plan your visit - lots of info on the main attractions. Free local maps available there. Mix of staff - one was very helpful, one not so helpful (hence 4 stars instead of 5).

Ljubljana es una hermosa ciudad Es bueno contar con asesoramiento para visitarla. Muy bellos edificios, curiosos monumentos, un castillo en lo alto de la colina y habitantes muy amables y simpáticos, la hacen la mejor ciudad de la región para conocer.
