The beach around the restaurants and bars is very crowded. No sane person would go there. However, further down the promenade you can find great stretches of beach.

Great place but over crowded. Recommend to come early to get a spot. The parking is OK and it costs 1.4€ per hour but I suggest getting the app to monitor when you have to leave or if needed extend the time
