The place offers nice views but that is about it. The coffee place is not well maintenaned, glasses are dirty, the place smells wierd. Not to mention my wife and I were not served after 10 minutes even though the place was not crowded.

Free to go up with excellent views over the city. Nice place to have a drink with a view and chill for a bit.

The obvious attraction is the view. Space may be limited in poor weather as the outside could be closed. Prices are reasonable given the location and the traditional cake was delicious and worth trying. English spoken needless to say.

It's a MUST when you're visiting Ljubljana. The view on the entire city is beautiful, the entrance and use if an elevator are free. There is a nice caffe at the top of the building.
