I was told it is free, the sign on the outside of the building says it is free, but when you get to the elevators it says for guests only. I went up anyway snapped a couple pictures and then went back down. Worth the elevator ride for a great view, but if you want to stay and enjoy a drink or something it's very lovely.

Super widoki, za to dwie gwiazdki. Ale zostalem oblany przez kelnerkę szklanką wody.. Plus długie oczekiwanie na rachunek. Więc obsługa niszczy pozytywne wrażenie
