As I was traveling with a friend with mobility issues, it was important to find a tour operator that could cater to our needs. An open-sided eTuk (a modern, environmentally friendly rickshaw) seemed like a great way to tour the island of Mljet. The eTuk seats 4 people (and is priced per vehicle, not per guest). We made all the arrangements via email in advance and it could not have been easier. Tea drove us from Polače to Pomena, then dropped us off at the ferry to St. Mary's island nearby, all the way explaining local history, flora and fauna. When we were done on St. Mary's, we sent Tea a message to come pick us up again. My only complaint: the tour left us wanting to see more of the island via eTuk! Tea went above & beyond and helped us book a taxi on our last day, as my mobile service was spotty. Highly recommend this is a way to see the island!
