Horrible. Absolutely swamped by hundreds of tourists and boats. Whole place felt almost dangerous to be in the water with so many boats. The cave itself is rubbish, filled with screaming idiots and very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I've been in many sea caves and this was probably one of the worst. Avoid or come out of season only

Die Höhle an sich ist ein echtes Naturschauspiel und sicherlich einen Besuch wert. Jetzt kommt aber ein großes aber. Je nachdem wann man da ist wird es sehr voll. Es kommen Unmengen an Schiffen mit unzähligen Personen. Partyboote mit Volltrunkenen (So roch es auch in der Höhle, nach Kneipe). Diese fahren mit Diesel und haben sicher Abgasnorm Euro -10. Wenn eines dieser Boote in der nähe ist riecht und schmeckt selbst das Meerwasser nach Diesel. Die hälfte der Passagiere kann nicht schwimmen und brauch Schwimmwesten oder oder andere Hilfsmittel. Sehr gefährlich da die Wassertiefe immer min 2m sind. Toure mit Kleingruppen die an sich ok sind aber halt oft sehr viele. Touristen die sich ein Boot mieten, nicht fahren können, in die erste reihe wollen, andere Boote rammen, Schwimmer in ihrer Schraube fast schreddern. Das es dort nicht zu Unfällen kommt wundert mich echt ( Vielleicht bekommt man auch nur nix mit). Alles in allem kann man sagen. Wenn wenig Leute da sind und es nach 13 Uhr ist (Sonne scheint in die Höhle) lohnt es sich das Spektakel anzuschauen. Wenn man selbst Boot fährt kann man ja aus der Ferne schon sehen wie voll es ist. Dann kommt man später wieder. Wer mit einer Touristenmassentour dort hin fährt hat meist Pech und muss allerhand rücksichtslose Leute ertragen.

Beautiful place. We have been on many boat trips to caves in the past, and the boat has always gone into the cave , these are the first caves we have been to that you swimming into yourself and it was fantastic. From the outside, the cave doesn't look much, but once you have swam inside and you turn round, you are rewarded with the most stunning blue colour . Quite a few boats there when we went, but it didn't feel crowded. Absolutely loved it . There is also a small, very dark cave next to it you can swim in to. Highly recommended a visit . We went with tour company Dubrovnik Smile, who we have used before, and our boat captain was great.

Achei a blue cave difícil. Me senti insegura. Longa distância pra nadar até chegar. Sem conseguir colocar o pé no chão, ou seja todo tempo você precisa nadar.. . A caverna era estreita e muito cheia de gente. Quando vinha a onda você praticamente batia a cabeça no teto. Perigoso. A empresa que contratei do Getyourguide não tem suporte, como boias, salva vidas, etc. além disso o barco é grande e parou a grande distância da caverna. Você tem que nadar o tempo todo. Achei bastante inseguro e vou fazer uma reclamação. Precisam ter mais informação. No Brasil isso não seria admissível. A marinha exigiria que tivesse uma boia pra cada passageiro. Além de suporte do guia. E informações corretas. São muitos barcos ao mesmo tempo. Que dificulta todos os passeios. E nem achei a caverna bonita. Não aconselho o passeio

An absolute must if visiting Dubrovnik. We’ve been to similar caves in Europe but what makes this stick out is the ability to swim in amazing coloured azure water and being able to go in and out of different caves. Caves light up which gives a lovely glow! Would highly recommend.
