not possible to reserve clothes that had been tried on for 1 hour even though there was a medical reason we had to leave the store. 2 hours wasted looking for clothes and trying on. when we came back they were gone, so had to start over.

Me encanta la ropa de Zara, pero en esta tienda la atención es pésima. Me estaba mirando en el espejo mientras me probaba un saco, las trabajadoras se atravesaron entre el espejo y yo y no me dejaban ver, luego dos de ellas se fueron u una se quedó arreglándose el cabello como si yo no estuviera allí. Preferí irme antes que tener que pedirles una talla.
