Extremely rude and disrespectful just because I am not Italian. The manager and the store clerk use aggression, gaslighting and laugh in your face. Both of them decided not to give their name when asked. We had an incident with the female clerk that decided to push my partner(all visible on cameras). Would not recommend visiting this store if you are a person of morals.
