Produkte haben eine gute Qualität aber ein großes ABER!! Der Service und die Angaben über den Versand sind mehr als lächerlich. Ich habe bei einer Rabattaktion einen Kühlerschutz und die Motorbumper für meine 23er superduke 1290 bestellt. Auf der Internetseite hieß es, dass beides lieferbar wäre und in ca. 6 Werktagen verschickt wird. Nach 3-4 Wochen habe ich den Support angeschrieben da ich immer noch auf meine Teile gewartet habe. Der Support hat nach ca. 2 Tagen geantwortet, dass sie aktuell Lieferschwierigkeiten mit den Kunstoff bumpern hätten und die beiden Artikel zusammen verschicken möchten, um unnötige doppelt Pakete zu vermeiden. Hatte ich Verständnis für, lediglich fand ich es sehr amüsant, als ich nach insgesamt 7-8 Wochen ein Paket erhalten haben, wo nur die Bumper drinnen waren. Sie haben sich also irgendwie selber widersprochen. Als ich den Support daraufhin angeschrieben habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass der Kühlerschutz aktuell nicht lieferbar ist und dass er mir zugeschickt wird, sobald er wieder auf Lager ist. Irgendwie sehr amüsant. Ich habe vom Support auch eine Entschuldigung bekommen, wo mir ein präsent versprochen wurde, für meine lange Wartezeit. Nach ca. 10 Wochen habe ich dann endlich meinen Kühlerschutz auch erhalten und war sehr gespannt was für ein präsent ich denn bekomme. Zu meiner Überraschung war eine total zerdrücke Cappi von irgendeinem reifen Hersteller drin der null mit dieser Firma zu tun hat. Ich war eigentlich sehr von der Internet Präsenz überzeugt und habe nur gutes über die Qualität gehört und selber erfahren, aber der Service ist leider unter aller Sau und ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Bagaros ist für die Verwaltung der Bewertungen auf seinem eigenen Shop vollständig selbst verantwortlich. Ich habe das E-Book für 20 € erworben, das als eine Art Reparaturhandbuch beworben wurde. Allerdings enthielt es lediglich Upgrades für ihre eigenen Produkte. Es entpuppte sich also eher als Produktbroschüre, für die dennoch Geld verlangt wurde. Auf der Webseite habe ich dem Produkt einen Stern vergeben, jedoch wurde dieser nie veröffentlicht und es hat sich auch niemand mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt. Die Hardware erscheint qualitativ hochwertig, doch was das gesamte Management drum herum betrifft, gibt es erhebliche Mängel

Kvalita dilu jako takovych je super! Nicmene eshop a jeho support je hrozny.. 2 mesice sem cekal na dily, ktere nakonec prisly (dily byli skladem a v faq pisete ze odesilate do 3 dni..) Ale po te jsem obejdnal polep na duke 390 - nejen ze sada polepu ma jinou oranzovou nez oficialni ktm, ale v sade samolepek chybeli 3 kusy.. navod na polepeni taky zadny a po kontaktovani supportu nemam zadnou reakci…

La empresa menos profesional que he tratado. Hice un pedido el 2 de enero y no solo no he recibido nada, si no que me llevan en mentiras desde la primera reclamación. Tengo quejas en PayPal y pienso llegar al final. Son unos estafadores y nada fiables.
