These guys are extremely quick and professional. I ordered steel Picatinny rails for my rifles and it was delivered very quickly. The turn around time for replying is very small. Bought lens covers for Steiner Binoculars 8 days ago. Shows a pair on the website but only one arrived! UPS the carrier required a 2 page form completed to get this through customs and said a signature was required on delivery?? Eventually delivered without signature, posted through letterbox after sending me notifications daily that it would be delivered every day for a week

日本では販売されていないスコープマウントを6月に注文して10月に配達されました、11月からの猟期に間に合いました。注文した当初は4〜6週間で入荷されると予定されていましたが実際の入荷が長引いた為いつ商品が届くのかスタッフにメールで質問しました。私はスロベニア人がきちんと対応していただけるのか不安でしたが丁寧な文面で回答してくれたので良かったです。アメリカから武器に関する商品は日本へ輸出する事が出来ないので今後も利用させていただきます。
