Svaka čast za opremljenost prodavnice i svežinu proizvoda. Godinama ovde kupujem i nikakve zamerke nisam imala, ali ovakvu bezobzirnost, bezobrazluk, neljubaznost trenutnih radnica, pogotovo mladje daleko ih nece odvesti. Uvek je loše volje, loše raspoložena, neljubazan prekinuta u pus pauzi ispred prodavnice... Strasno

Kažeš šta ti treba i kada dođem kući, otvorim kesu i iznenadim se potpuno drugim sadržajem. Neverovatno. Ovo je treći put. I to tražim semenke a dobijem kikiriki. Nigde veze.

The rating of Zero (if possoble) should be awarded to Tref in Budimska St. Why? Because of total disrespect of commercial laws & customers. They open & close as they choose NOT as listed on internet or on their shop window. They litterally have the shop sign "Open" and although it is within their listed open hours, they are actually closed. I tries knocking on their door, waited for 20min and there was no reply. This is the fourth time that this has happened. Absolute joke of a company. My review relates ONLY to their Budimska St. Shop.

The food is great always, however I have faced some problems with the staff. There is one lady working who is amazing she always helps me find what I need and always polite. And there is another lady with curly hair that probably is having some difficulties with communication because every single time I come there when she works i get the feeling that I don’t need to be there and who am I to ask her something. I’m sorry, but that is what I have experienced
