Kvalitetna obuća, a osoblje u Promenadi Vam je katastrofa. Namrgodjene dve radnice, jedna mlada jadna starija. Nula saradnje, otima obucu iz ruke, mrmlja nesto sebi u bradu, odgvara kao da prica sa komsinicom a ne musterijom. Uzas gde nalazite ove neskolovane metuzaleme otpustajte to dok vam jos nisu ime unistile 🤗

This review is for Planika in Promenada, as they don’t have a google maps location.
They double charged my mom, a senior. And I wrote them an email, to which they never bothered responding to. Hence I felt you need to know how horrible the customer service is and please don’t spend your hard earned money there. ZERO stars.

My mom purchased two pairs of slippers on June 6th at Planika, Promenada, Novi Sad.
She paid with her Canadian card. The total was 10,005 RSD or $137.23 CAD dollars.
They told her that the internet was bad and the card payment did not go through. As a result, they swiped her card another time and double charged her!
Today she went to pick up her slippers and told them about the double charge. Showed them that on her ebanking app, which is constantly updated, a double charge.
The lady at the store was not competent and could not help her. My mom requested to speak to the manager. The manager was on the phone and very rudely dismissed my mother, claiming she was not double charged and that he didn’t have time for her.
Is this how Planika treats their customers?
Did the manager bother to check your bank statement to see your incoming funds on June 6th? No. He just dismissed it. I bet if it was his money, he would have had a bit more sympathy.
Please return the money you stole from my mom and you also owe her an apology.
I look forward to hearing back from you very promptly. I will take action if I don’t hear from you because this behaviour is wrong.
Check with your Accounts Receivables department in finance and they will confirm what I wrote here. Check your bank statement and what you sold that day.
