The service was unfriendly, but I turned a blind eye to it. Everyone's having a bad day :) I examined the hookah flask and, seeing a scratch, asked to change the hookah, the seller was unhappy, but he did it. I bought the whole set for 21,000 dinars. After that, I smoked a hookah at home, it cooled down, and I started washing it very thoroughly. The bottom of the flask fell off right in my hands, as if it had been cut off with a knife. The edges are very sharp, I could cut my hands. This indicates a defect in the glass. Then I wrote to the seller to report the problem, but he did not want to solve the problem, pointing out that I had withdrawn my claims by signing the document. But I can't buy the product without signing a special document. Next, the seller wrote me very rude letters and said that I should apologize for my behavior :))) I am attaching photos of the defective product. Be careful! Defective goods are not scary, it's scary when the seller is not responsible for anything! You don't have to answer me, your rude letters are enough for me. UPD I sent the photos as you requested, and also asked how I could have broken the flask myself in this way, after which you attacked me with accusations. A 10% discount on the sale of defective goods is ridiculous and unprofessional. You don't know anything about good service. Your answers show that you will never admit your guilt. In every review you accuse someone, it's worth considering who is behind these answers. You are hardly a real professional and definitely not a gentleman. Enjoy the lack of competition further :))

Izuzetno losa usluga, ne postuju zakon o zastiti potrosaca, osoblje je ljubazno ali se vidi da su naterani od strane poslodavca da ljudima ne izlaze u susret i ako je objasnjena situacija i stavljeno do znanja da nisam neko ko se ne razume u trgovinu.. Mesto ZA ZAOBICI!
