I went to have the blind spot sensors on my Mercedes CLS 250 repaired. They charged me 6,000 dinars, and the sensors worked for about 100 meters—just until I got to the main road. Clearly, they didn’t even test the system or bother to take the car for a short drive. The staff were unfriendly and dismissive. One of them told me, “This won’t happen again,” but clearly, that wasn’t the case. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and accountability. When you pay for a service, you expect at least a minimal level of care and follow-through. Unfortunately, this experience felt rushed and careless. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I think it’s important to share this so others know what to expect.
