Samo da skrenem paznju svim ljudima koji u KIA servisu servisiraju svoje vozilo. Uzeo sam polovno auto u njhovom salonu, marke Ford C max i naravno da sam zeleo da ga servisiram u servisu za koji sam smatrao da je profesionalan, i da ce usluga bez obzira na visoku cenu biti kvalitetna. Radjeni su mali servisi svake godine, aliprvi put kada je trebalo uraditi zamenu prednjih diskova kocnice i desnog lezaja zaposleni nisu dotegnuli sraf na glavi tocka cime su ugrozili bezbednost moje porodice. Ovo sam ustanovio na putu kada sam otisao do majstora da proverim zasto prednji tocak klapara. Ovo je veliki minus za servis i skrecem paznju da ovde ne mozete videti ni ko ni sta radi na vozilu niti kako se radi, stoga moja rec protiv njihove a vi procenite da li je vredno rizikovati da vam vozilo sa servisa bude vraceno neispravno. Dodatno poslednji mali servis koji je radjen u KIA servisu je naplacen vise nego sto je po predracunu bilo dogovoreno, a dodatno kada sam se vratio sa puta posto je auto izbacivao gresku otisao sam kod majstora da pogleda i filter vazduha nije bio postavljen kako treba. Ovo su moja licna iskustva iz ovog servisa i skrecem paznju ostalima da razmisle gde ce servisirati svoje vozilo.
I would like to bring attention to everyone who services their vehicles at the KIA service. I purchased a used Ford C-Max from their dealership and naturally wanted to have it serviced at what I believed to be a professional establishment, expecting high-quality service despite the steep prices. While I had minor services performed annually, the first time I needed to replace the front brake discs and the right bearing, the staff failed to tighten the bolt on the wheel hub, putting my family's safety at risk. I realized this while driving and went to a mechanic to investigate the wobbling front wheel. This is a significant drawback of the service, and I want to emphasize that you cannot see who is working on your vehicle or how the work is being done, leaving my word against theirs. Please consider whether it's worth the risk to have your vehicle returned in an unsafe condition. Furthermore, the last minor service at KIA was charged more than what was agreed upon in the estimate, and when I returned from a trip with an error message on the car, a mechanic discovered that the air filter had not been installed correctly. These are my personal experiences with this service, and I encourage others to think carefully about where they choose to service their vehicles.
