Vasárnap hazafelé indultunk volna, amikor kattogó, csattogó hangokat kezdett el kiadni az autónk. A Zadar település vége táblánál vissza fordultunk és felkerestük a szervízt. Másnap délelőtt tudták megnézni és meg is javították.

Ieri mi si è fermata la macchina. Oggi l ho portata da questo meccanico e mi ha spiegato cosa era successo e che non c era nessun problema. Due meccanici che ho consultato prima mi proponevano di cambiare alternatore e batteria. Onesto, congratulazioni. Grazie

Zaakvoerder liet andere klanten die na mij waren gekomen voor gaan in het verderhelpen van hun problemen. Eigenaar krijgt teveel werk op de plank en kan hoeveelheid zelf niet aan en zou om deze zaak te redden ofwel personeel moeten aanwerven of sluiten. Niks anders. Onbeschofte manier van klanten behandelen. Onaanvaardbaar en wegblijven!

Мы приехали в Хорватию в отпуск, и на нашем автомобиле Ford Galaxy появился легкий на малой скорости стук в передней ходовой части. Обратились в автомастерскую VELOCE — и остались очень довольны! Нам сделали балансировку колёс, проблем с ходовой не было обнаружено. Но больше всего нас приятно удивило то, что перед оплатой за работу механик лично сделал тест-драйв и убедился, что всё в порядке. Очень профессиональный подход, честность и забота о клиенте. While traveling near Zadar, our car broke down on the highway with a serious fuel leak. Veloce Auto Service was the only one who responded fast and helped during the weekend— they sent someone to pick us up, diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, and repaired everything . Very professional, honest, and understanding of our situation. Thanks to them, we got safely back on the road and arrive home without problems ( over 1000 km ) . Highly recommended if you’re ever in trouble near Zadar.

Auto mi se pokvarilo na autocesti u popodnevnim satima,jedini majstor koji mi ga je htio uzeti tada,koji je preko poziva vec uvidio moguci problem,pomogao mi i sa nastavkom puta za Zagreb,i iza za preuzimanje auta nakon popravka! Sve preporuke!

Mali nedostatak je jer je mjesto na sporednoj cesti ali uz pomoć navigacije sam lako našao.Bilo je zatvoreno pa za sada ne mogu puno više reći.

Flexible and professional. They helped me in a very bad situation during our holiday. My car broke down, and without trying to sell me solutions that may or may not work, they gave me a professional diagnosis. They also gave my options, and they have been very professional throughout the whole situation. The whole breakdown also happened during evening hours time before the may 1st public holiday, but even in this situation they were available and i could communicate with them in English.

Vsa priporočila. Kombi s turisti je obstal v Zadru. Klicali smo iz Ljubljane, če lahko pomagajo. Čez 45min je bil kombi in težave s štarterjem odpravljene. Zelo odzivni, ustrežljivi, profesionalni in poceni! Lepo je vedeti, da ko si na poti, da je nekdo na kogar se lahko zaneseš ko pride do okvare vozila!
