Ich hatte eine Panne in Kroatien und mein Auto wurde von dieser Werkstatt abgeschleppt weil sie Partner vom ADAC ist Das Auto hat einen Fehler wegen Öldruck angezeigt Die Werkstatt hat mir sofort gesagt es wäre ein Motorschaden Dadurch wurde mein Auto als wirtschaftlicher Totalschaden eingestuft und ich musste den Rücktransport komplett selbst zahlen Zurück in Deutschland wurde mein Auto in einer richtigen Werkstatt überprüft Ergebnis war ganz klar kein Motorschaden Es war nur die Ölpumpe und der Ölkühler defekt Beides hätte man mit einer sauberen Diagnose erkennen können Für mich hat diese falsche Aussage sehr hohe Kosten verursacht Ich bin ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht und frage mich ob das einfach nur Inkompetenz war oder Absicht Mein Tipp an alle Holt euch immer eine zweite Meinung Und glaubt nicht alles was euch direkt gesagt wird _________________________________________________ I had a breakdown in Croatia and my car was towed to this workshop because they are a partner of ADAC My car showed a warning related to oil pressure The mechanic immediately told me it was an engine failure Because of this statement my car was declared a total loss and I had to pay for the transport back to Germany completely on my own Once the car was checked in a proper German workshop it turned out there was no engine failure at all It was just the oil pump and oil cooler that were broken Both issues could have been detected easily with a careful diagnosis This wrong statement cost me a lot of money I honestly do not know if it was just lack of knowledge or something else going on Either way I cannot recommend this workshop My advice to everyone Always get a second opinion And do not blindly trust what you are told on the spot

Marko wurde vom ADAC beauftragt, sich am Sonntagabend um mein Auto zu kümmern und kam in Rekordzeit (eine halbe Stunde nach meinem Anruf beim ADAC in München!) nach Zagreb. Freundlich und kompetent hat er mein Problem schnell gelöst. VIELEN DANK MARKO! :-)

Sehr schlecht. Bitte nicht hin gehen. Uns hat ADAC hin geschickt. Abzocke. Auto war nach 10 Minuten wieder defekt.

8km nakon popravka auto je stao, posao je naplacen 900€ i istjerani iz dvorista radione.. prevaranti i lopovi! Izbjegavjte ih u sirokom luku! Auto je vracen nakon popravka u gorem stanju nego sta je bio prije popravka. Nakon popravka kod drugog majstora na slikama imate djelove koje je postavio!
