Ich habe einen Import mit der Wiener Niederlassung abgewickelt, was leider nicht reibungslos verlaufen ist. Schriftlich zugesagte Liefertermine wurden nicht eingehalten, und es gab lange Lieferzeiten bei der Überstellung vom Zwischenlager nach Wien. Der Kundenservice war sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich schwer erreichbar. Wenn es doch einmal zu einer Antwort kam, blieben diese meist vage und ohne konkrete Zusagen. Am Ende erwog ich bereits, die Ware selbst beim Subspediteur im Zwischenlager abzuholen, erhielt jedoch auch hier keine hilfreichen Informationen zu den Kontaktdaten. Frau B. zeigte wenig Interesse an unserem Anliegen und reagierte schließlich überhaupt nicht mehr auf unsere Anfragen und E-Mails. Die Rechnung kam zwar an, allerdings nur als Proforma-Rechnung, und es fehlten die Originaldokumente zur Verzollung.

Habe eine kleine Baumaschine (Bagger) aus China bestellt. Dafür das ich mit dem Händler vereinbart hatte, das er den Versand zahlt, waren die angeblichen Hafen, Lager und Organisationskosten in Summe sehr hoch. Eindeutig mehr als der Österreichische Zoll von mir verlangte. ABER! Ich habe meine Baumaschine trotzdem ordnungsgemäß erhalten, Danke! (Daran hatte ich Bedenken, aber diese Bedenken haben sich nicht bewahrheitet/erfüllt, somit bin ich schlussendlich mit meiner Wahre glücklich :) - Wenn man nicht sofort Antwort (z.B. per Email bekommt, aber ein zweites Mal es anders schreibt und z.B. nochmal nachfragt, bekommt man auch Auskunft, ich vermute solange alle Rechnungen bezahlt werden, verhandeln hat leider nichts gebracht.)
