Firstly, their call center is unreachable, making it impossible to obtain necessary information. Therefore, I wrote an email, but their response came after three months. Secondly, the reply was a mess in view of the fact that an employee lacks basic language skills, such as proper spelling and the correct use of articles, which is inexcusable as they work with people from all over the world. Moreover, they didn't answer my question, it was a generic response. Fortunately, I didn't even need a visa. Apart from this, my email was written in Serbian, but the response was in English. Why? If I am a citizen of Serbia, I expect to talk with someone from my country. What if I didn't speak English? It is pretty embarrassing for both VFS Global and the Norwegian embassy to have such a poor approach and service.

The level of unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour by their staff can only be equated to harassment, especially of the elderly applicants. The information they provide is not clear and then they force you to pay extra on the spot (in cash no less!) to help with your documentation, otherwise you will lose your appointment slot.

Not good. We are in the UK trying to sort a visa for my father in law to visit us from Serbia. We received an email saying that the visa decision had been made and his passport could be collected from June 11th. However a QR code has not been sent. My sister in law tried to collect the passport having obtained the required permissions, but the security at the entrance wouldn't let her in the building without a QR code. She explained that no QR code has been sender and that she needed to speak to someone to request that they send it. But he refused to let her in. Emails to VFS Global have gone unanswered and now we have no visa, no passport and no way of contacting anyone to find out what the hell is going on. Appalling service and I'm embarrassed that this company are a representative of the UK government.

My mum has been applying for UK visas for 20 years and always had a great experience but this year it was a horrible service. The person she saw was uninterested and not helpful at all even though she paid for extra assistance with preparing, sorting and downloading her supporting documents. This person didn't even look at her papers and submitted the application without uploading many of them, including an invitation letter. He was talking too fast, making it hard for my mum to understand what was going on. Not helpful at all. Fortunately, she was granted a visa probably due to her regular visits in the last 20 years. Extremely poor service.

Nalepnica na pozadini pasoša je užasnog kvaliteta i jedva sam je skinuo jer se kidala, ostao je odvratni lepak koji se lepi za sve što dotakne, ne smem pasoš da stavim zadnjom stranom nadole jer se lepi za sve. Da li ste vi realni???

I am writing to express deep dissatisfaction with the current state of your passport collection service. The queue today had more than 50 people waiting, with one individual nearly fainting due to the conditions. If your office is unable to manage high volumes in a civil and organized manner, scheduled collection slots should be introduced—especially for something as important as passport handovers. As a service provider acting on behalf of the UK Government, the level of disorganization and lack of care shown is truly unacceptable and frankly, embarrassing. People who cannot afford to wait for hours are forced to return another day, all while their passports remain in your possession. This is not only inconvenient but also deeply frustrating and unfair.

I've been applying for British visa for 20 years and it has never been worse then this year. Only two available hours for picking up a passport and always a long gueue. Terrible service.
