Litterarii – Our Story
Litterarii is a vineyard with a rich history dating back to 1794, located in the picturesque Zelinski Prigorje, on the southern slopes of Medvednica. Our traditional winemaking roots are deeply intertwined with the Kurija Nespeš, a space that has transitioned from its historical purpose to nourish a flourishing wine production. Even when Kurija was repurposed as a primary school (known as "ludus litterarius" in Latin), the craft of winemaking persevered, creating a unique legacy.
