The meal started out well with some delicious soups, then went downhill. We had to send the salad back and had to end up canceling the remainder of our order due to a kitchen mishap. I’m sure this restaurant can do better, just not tonight. Also - on the expensive side for restaurants in the city center.

Tried the deer "zganjarsko", and it was absolutely delicious. Apparently, this restaurant only serves dishes from the eastern part of Slovenia. The local blonde beer was also very good 🍺

Cenato una sera permette di prenotare alcuni dei tavoli esterni. Devo dire che ho mangiato veramente bene, con prezzi nella media. Dai formaggi alla loro tipica zuppa gulash veramente ottimo. Fantastico il dolce tipo. Se volete mangiare bene con prezzi nella media del posto lo consiglio

Décevant. Il faut croire que les commentaires positifs ont été laissés par des clients peu exigeants ou alors je ne suis pas tombé le bon jour. Quoi qu'il en soit, ce restaurant de Ljubjana propose une cuisine slovène, mais l'attente est longue pour des plats plutôt simples et, surtout, les serveurs sont désagréables et semblent dépassés par les événements ... avec 3 étoiles, je suis encore gentil !

Was recommended this restaurant by a local and we were very glad we went! The food was amazing. We had the goulash for two (0.5L) pairs with the potato dumplings with cream. Traditionally you should pair these two together as you pour the goulash over the dumplings. It was delicious, definitely worth going to for some classic, delicious, Slovenian food!
