Bellissima esperienza, ben organizzata dall'inizio alla fine. La guida (stipe) è stata gentilissima, cordiale, simpatica e con molta pazienza ci ha spiegato ogni cosa, dalla storia di spalato alle cascate e disponibile qualora avessimo avuto delle domande e o aiutarci con dei consigli. Inoltre il viaggio con l'autista è stato molto rilassante e tutto molto puntuale.

Unfortunately, my experience with this car rental agency was not the best. First of all, there was no mention of a deposit in the rental agreement, yet when we arrived to pick up the car, we were unexpectedly asked to pay a deposit of €130. Secondly, we had booked a specific car model or a similar one with the same size and conditions. However, we were given a much larger vehicle, which caused discomfort while driving, especially on narrow roads. Another issue was with the deposit return process. According to the agreement, the car was supposed to be returned at the airport in Split — and that part went as expected. However, we were only informed on the day of return that in order to get the deposit back, we had to go to the city center of Split. The person who gave us the car didn’t mention this at all, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. To be fair, the rest was fine — the car was clean, everything worked properly, and the deposit was eventually refunded without any issues. However, because of the issues mentioned above, I wouldn’t recommend this agency for car rental.
