This is related to bike service. Repair was done in time, but clumsy with lost parts, without telling me they lost parts, and with quick release mechanism out of service. What they did tell me was, that it is possible the front wheel will fall off, if not adequatly tightened. This tightening caused front wheel not to roll properly, but with quite a resistance. Unfortunately what had to be a simple tire change, become a possible disaster

We rented bikes to cycle through the beautiful island. About 2 hours in I discovered a thorn in my tire, which had caused it to deflate. We tried calling Hvar Life using the phone numbers printed on the bikes, but no one answered. Luckily, two locals were able to pick me up from Vresnik and took me to Hvar Life. They happened to know someone who works there, so they called him and he came to Hvar Life to collect my bike. I didn't have to pay any extra service charge. Thanks for the service!

Vi havde en super oplevelse med Hvar Life, vi cyklede en dejlig rute (som Hvar life havde lavet) på to velfungerende E-bikes. Ruten var begyndervenlig og man kunne ændre på den efter lyst og behov. Vi havde et uheld med den ene cykelkæde på ruten, men Hvar Life kom bare ud og ombyttede cyklen til en anden, så vi kunne cykle videre. Super søde mennesker og kan anbefales herfra.

My husband and I did an e-bike tour with Hvar Life (tour guide was Kote) during our time in Hvar and it was the highlight of our Croatia trip! Everything was seamless, from booking to the pickup and dropoff from our airbnb in Hvar town, to the tour itself. Kote even took photos and videos of us on the bike tour, which was much appreciated to remember the experience. This tour was such a great way to see more of the island. We highly recommend it!

Perfect customer experience! Very helpful staff, accommodating and flexible. Rented a gravel bike and got to go fast on the old highway and still have great traction on trails and gravel. Beautiful island. Everybody should rent a bike to sightsee. Highly recommended

Kosta was amazing, he was very friendly and had great recommendations for around stari grad. Very reasonably priced and we were able to do an 18 mile loop that included multiple towns, great views, and a few wineries.
