Siento profundamente la desatención y la antipatía hacia nosotros en un momento tan difícil como fueron las inundaciones este mes de Agosto del 23. Debíamos ir a Bohinj al día siguiente con nuestro coche y simplemente necesitábamos un poco de ayuda e información. No la recibimos en ningún sentido. Incluso nos dio la sensación que le molestara que no habláramos inglés. No le apetecía ayudar en ese momento. Una pena que te queden recuerdos así de una ciudad tan bella.

cannot get a refund on bus card if not purchase from there, poor local transport experience for a tourist since the card is useless once you end your visit. this can be changed.

Il personale dell'ufficio era molto professionali, gentile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande, anche se il nostro inglese non è perfetto. Ci hanno mostrato i percorsi migliori e le attrazioni da visitare, orari e tours che potevamo fare in italiano. La nostra guida Tatiana, era professionale, competente e anche simpatica e ha reso la nostra passeggiata per la splendida Lubiana, davvero speciale.

Die Führung war sehr nett. Wir haben leider die 36 Euro Ljubljana card genommen. Die Burg hat Probleme gemacht und uns nicht rein gelassen, wir mussten nochmal zahlen, mussten mit allen möglichen Box Offices ewig diskutieren, es hat insgesamt ziemlich lange gedauert, und die Bootsfahrt.... insgesamt wären wir mit weniger Stress und geringeren Kosten dabei gewesen, wenn wir nur die Führung einzeln bezahlt hätten und die Bootsfahrt dann extra.

17€ sind ein fairer Preis, da auch ein Ticket für die Burg (12€) und die Liftfahrt nach oben (6€) inklusive sind. Die Führung ist okay, etwas chaotisch aber das wichtigste erfährt man :)
