I have bought the premium bohinj card for 3 days and it should have 50% discount for the bus from bohinj lake to ljubljana, but the bus driver refuse to offer any discount when I get on the bus, recommend to think twice before you buy any premium bohinj card because it will be a waste of money

The young women who works there gave me wrong information.
To be specific, I asked to buy a Julian Alps Tourist Card and she pointed me to the where the physical map was located in the store.
Anyhow, I clarified and we finally had an understanding. Then, I asked to understand what bus is included and what isn’t, I told her it was confusing because you have the free shuttle/ and you have the regular Arriva and Nomago buses but some are included some are only 50% off what is the deal here? She first told me everything is included, then she later told me it’s only 50% off. By then I just don’t believe what she is saying.
Then, I told her I’m would like to go to Rudno Polje (points to map) and I stay in Savica and I ask what time the first bus is tomorrow. She then goes on lot the arriva bus webpage and shows me the bus timetable for Savica to Stara Fuzina which as far as I can see on googlemap are two DIFFERENT locations. I hope someone will tell me I got it wrong here but if I am correct and I didn’t know I would have turned up at 6am with my backpack to hike to summit of mount Triglav but only to find that was not the right path.
Overall, she had trouble understanding English and I’m a native speaker. She misspelled my name that is printed on the Julian’s Alps Card despite me writing down my name and explaining to her which is my first name and which is my last name on a piece of paper. Not to mention she is giving out incorrect information and pointed me to wrong direction.
Isn’t tourist information center suppose to help me plan my trip? Or to confuse me and make my trip harder???

I’ve been traveling for 6 weeks in Croatia and now Slovenia, this is the most helpful and friendly tourist center of all. People working there are genuinely nice and go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend!

I would have liked to use public transport, but your website on the Julian Alps: Bohinj Card is extremely confusing. It says "Basic winter card: Guests can purchase the card for 3, 5 or 10 days. [...] benefits:
→ free regular bus services in Bohinj
→ the card is FREE OF CHARGE"
Do I need to purchase the card, or is it FREE OF CHARGE? Which card to purchase if my stay is from end of March until beginning of April, do I need to buy the winter card *and* the summer card? If the cards are free, where do I get them? How do I know if my host is a Turizem Bohinj partner?
Then further down in the price list, the "basic winter card" and "premium winter card" are not listed, just the "Winter Julian Alps: Bohinj Card" (10 € for 3 days). Is this the basic or the premium card?
If you want international tourists to use public transport, you should clarify and simplify the system.

We travel in Slovenia for some time and made many good experience with friendly people. But the lady at the desk was higly nosy, unfriendly and annoyed. She let us know that we are wasting her time. above that the mountain knowledge of her didn't seem to be good.
