Stella Croatica is a family-run estate that produces a variety of foods, organic sweets, olive oil and cosmetics. While touring the estate, you can admire the various gardens, botanical plants, vineyards, olive grove and small olive museum. The ingredients for the products come from the carefully maintained, environmentally friendly land. The items we were given to taste - almond and fig salami, traditional cheeses, homemade breads, candied orange peels, plum jam, and olive oils and wines - were excellent. The place is accessible and luxurious.

We had the most amazing time at Stella Croatica in Klis and it ended up being the highlight of our holliday! The Olive Museum was so interesting, and the botanical gardens were beautiful. I tried cosmetics with lavender and immortelle, and now they’re my new favorites!
What made the experience even more exciting was how close Stella Croatica is to Klis Fortress—a Game of Thrones filming location, you can use the same ticket. I couldn’t believe I was standing where Daenerys' dragons were filmed in Meereen. Dragica, our host, was so warm and knowledgeable, making the whole visit feel even more special. She made us feel welcome and taught us about the local culture, history, and the estate’s work with natural products . The food was fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious, showcasing the best of Dalmatian cuisine.
The whole experience truly immersed me in Dalmatian culture, from the products to the way life is lived here. I highly recommend Stella Croatica to anyone wanting to experience the heart of this beautiful region.
If you're a Game of Thrones fan or just love Dalmatian culture, Stella Croatica is a must-visit!

Uzivali smo u vrtu, muzeju, izvrsnoj hrani! Svaka cast!

Definitely worth visiting, you will learn about the process of making different kinds of olive oil and not only, and the history of the place. Best to take the tour, in English every about 20-30 mins, included in the ticket anyway. Same ticket as for the fortress. Free ample parking in front, super friendly staff speaking several languages, tasting included, and of course you can buy several olive and honey related things which are reasonably priced. Recommended.

It was very beautiful, it smelled delicious everywhere and it was interesting to read and hear some of the story of olives. The shop was full of fresh and homemade things. The food was also very delicious. The most important thing was that everyone was very nice and polite. I can only recommend going there.

We had a wonderful trip to Stella Croatica! Very informative tour about the history of olive oil. Our tasting class with Maria was excellent and really interesting. The restaurant was delicious too, the ice cream is a must try! All staff were friendly throughout the whole experience. Would 100% recommend a visit.
