Once a great place where the service was quick and nice. Now, not really anything good to say. The glass fence is dirty so the view, which the point here and you came to enjoy, is obstructed. Sad as this place should be "top" in everything.

Nice restaurant and bar at the top with fantastic views of the surrounding city. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating area which allows you to walk 360 around the rooftop.
