We went twice , lovely view and reasonable priced drinks . Second visit was different we sat for ages and no one came for a drinks order even though there were loads of staff all chatting at the bar. We just left , shame as it's a fantastic view .

Lovely cafe at the top😊 You see the “skyscraper” and think surely not, but it has beautiful views of the castle and is affordable. Definitely recommend!

Il ristorante/cafè offre una vista da non perdere sulla città di Lubiana. Dall’alto si può comprendere perfettamente l’architettura del luogo. È possibile salire su in cima in ascensore (dove è segnalato il piano della terrazza) ma sono presenti anche delle scale a chiocciola che portano su. Non sono stata obbligata a consumare sul posto. Mi sono trattenuta sul belvedere giusto il tempo di scattare foto e video e fare il giro completo. Ho trovato il personale gentile e accogliente.

Skyscraper cafe overlooking the whole city. Entrance is for free. The place would need a bit of refit, its old, a bit dirty, cheap looking even though it has the ultimate view of the city and castle. More could be done to upgrade the place
