The view from the Café at the top is amazing! If you want to see Ljubljana from the top, highly recommendable. But the place isn't very clean, we were haunted by a ball of hair and dirt that kept rolling over our table, being blown back by the wind.. Drinks were nice, nothing special but not bad. Slightly higher than average.
