I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent transfer service. I had a reservation (booking number 90912B - 2025) scheduled for 16:15 on July 19, 2025, for transport to Orly Airport. Unfortunately, the driver did not show up. Upon contacting the call center, I was informed that the driver was unreachable and no effort was made to find an alternative solution. I was simply told that the transfer would be canceled and that I would need to find alternative transportation to the airport. This caused a high risk of missing our flight, especially since we are a family with three children. I am also still awaiting a refund for the amount already paid, and my previous email regarding this matter has not received a reply. I do not recommend your service at all.

Only 1 star due to poor experience for initial airport transfer. Despite waiting over 1 hour and 15 mins from our requested pick up time and repeated contact nobody has still made contact to offer any refund. However, last year, when we were stuck in border control queue for over an hour the driver charged us an extra 40 Euros to wait!

Both drivers arrived punctually to collect us and were very pleasant. I was quite nervous however that they both spent a lot of time on the phone whilst driving in heavy traffic.

Bei der Abholung vom Flughafen zum Fährhafen nach Split, war es ein bischen umständlich (weil der Fahrer auf dem großem Parkplatz gewartet hat) aber die Rückroute dafür umso angenehmer, unser Fahrer Bruno war einfah genial, ein sprach- und gesangs- Multitalent, wir haben den Transfer zum Flughafen mit Bruno sehr genossen, Vielen Dank Bruno.

Durante el proceso de reserva subieron 10 euros el precio, pero acepté aún así. Confirmada la reserva y hecho el pago me envían un email, el día siguiente, informando de que suben 12 euros el precio y que esos 12 euros los cobrarán después de prestar el servicio. Absolutamente impresentables. He pedido que cancelen el servicio y espero que realmente no cobren nada.
