We stopped in the afternoon with an emergency, small kardan issue. With 3 kids in the car as on our way to vacation to Italy. The service guy was somehow willing to help but the "service manager" refused even to lift the car up for a small diagnostic. I have never seen such bad willingness and lack of empathy. He refused to look at the car and walked away. Really Hart breaking when you need help. Wish them the same on their next vacation!
