First, I do recommend Diving Center Venus. As the other reviews states, they are a friendly staff and they have everything you need for a safe experience. I had asked them to help me reconfigure my daughter's regulator, not only did they assist, they helped tightened valves that have come loose. I am eternally grateful to them for that! I dropped my dive computer and it stopped displaying, they loaned me a dive computer and tried to help me with my own too. It was an eventful day for my daughters and me! When coordinating with them, I strongly recommend communicating in details your dive experience. Unfortunately, the initial experience was not great, it was our first time diving with full wet suits and wet suits thicker than 3MM (6 and 7MM). I regret trusting my colleague to communicate on our behalf; I regret not asking more questions when we were dressing out *TRUST YOUR GUT ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS*. We had issues with weight and the owner got impatient; I wish my colleague had communicated it was our first time with wet suits. Not the owner's fault, but it was humiliating when he yelled at us. I do appreciate the owner because he did demonstrate care and attentiveness- during the second dive, my daughter had a hard time clearing her ears, she followed along from a safe and comfortable depth; the owner continued to look up and communicate with her until she was able to comfortably join us. I do plan on returning and I do plan on continuing with Venus. I don't plan on going back with my colleague. Bottom-line, communicate with Venus staff your experience level. If you run into difficulties, do not take it personal.

Allez y les yeux fermés, Le personnel est sympa, souriant et à l’attention des clients, et cherchent toujours à faire le plus pour les clients, s’assurent de ne pas faire plonger les même personnes sur le même site de plongée. J’ai fait 6 plongée avec eux sur des sites chacun de qualité, Epaves, grottes, il y’a de tout pour tous les plongeurs. Je recommande vivement.

Enjoyed diving with Venus. Ivo was very accommodating when I just walked in and booked the day before. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently. My guide, Tony was helpful and friendly. Happy that the dive site had more marine life than those I saw at Dubrovnik. Would recommend!

Me and my boyfriend booked the beginners dive today, even though he has a certificate. Everyone who works at Venus were so professional, nice and patient (with me). One of the instructors even did a one-on-one session with me, due to difficulty with equalizing pressure under water. We felt super safe and taken care of the whole day. An amazing experience for both beginners and people who have more experience with scuba diving. They even organized transport to and from split, which was great. Over all 10/10. Thank you so much, Venus Diving Center!

I did some open water dives here, my partner did her certification. Friendly, efficient, professional. The boat ride to the dive site was a lovely ride past Trogir one of the days as well.

My boyfriend and I had the most incredible experience with Diving Center Venus! We had never been diving before and did the introductory dive (you get two 40 minute dives) - we absolutely LOVED it! Our instructor Ivan was incredible - he explained everything so clearly and, most importantly, made us feel so safe in the water. We did one 6 metre dive, and one 12 metre dive and saw some beautiful fish. It was a truly surreal and incredible experience and we’ll definitely be getting our full PADI later this year! WOW! My girlfriend & I LOVED our dives with Ivan. The whole staff at Diving Venus were incredible. It was our first time diving and now we can't wait to do our full PADI. Great dive trip with Ivica and his team today. They made sure that we moved at a relaxed pace - no stress. 😌 All equipment supplied was in good condition. Took into account the skill levels of all 6 divers on our boat, from first timers to experienced, and took us to suitable dive sites. Note for visitors - it is cold 🥶 below the thermocline.

We had an incredible experience during our open water PADI certification course at Venus Diving School. Our instructors, Ivika and Toni, were exceptional—every detail of the training was handled with great care, making us feel completely safe throughout our dives. Their teaching skills were outstanding, and we truly appreciated their supportive and professional approach. Kastel Stari is a peaceful, less touristy location—perfect for learning to dive without the distraction of boats overhead. I traveled all the way from India to Croatia for this course, and I’m so glad I chose Venus. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this diving school to anyone looking to learn in a calm, safe, and beautiful environment.

Ivica was friendly and very accommodating with my travel schedule. Toni was my PADI Open Water instructor and he was great! He was calm and patient which made my first dive experience so easy. Thanks to the group of other divers and Ivica and Toni I had such a great time. I hope to return to dive with them again. I would highly recommend Venus Dive Center!
