Complessivamente eccellente. La carne era davvero ottima, dry aged preparata con maestria. Cucinata con maestria. Profumata e gustosa. Il locale è davvero molto carino e i camerieri sono educati, professionali e molto gentili. Consigliato caldamente. Un po'costoso forse,ma la qualità del cibo è alta.

Slučajni odabir restorana u Ljubljani doveo nas je do predivnog iskustva. Odlična hrana, brza posluga, dobar izbor vina i na čaše. Svakako za preporučiti!

Very good steak house in a lovely riverside location in the centre of the city. High quality meat, cooked perfectly.

We went to this restaurant based on its rating. The waiter was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the food did not match. They drowned the beef tart tar in cream (why the hell??) and the American aged stark file was rubbery and I assume cooked from defrosted meat. My wife’s beef ribs had no flavour at all. On top of all of that, the evening for the two of us set us back €90.

Looking for a good steak, glass of excellent wine and a crazy good dessert? Here we go. Place is nice, stuf knows their business. Prices fair. My only mistake was to choose Holsten steak once (it was well prepared, but the taste was simply not close to mine). Enjoy on a river Ljubjanica bank.
