The food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible. The manager Dime forgot multiple drinks and 2 orders of food for a group of 10 and continued to tell us that it was our fault. They also don’t have cocktails, pick somewhere else!

Nestvarno lijep pogled, vidi se pola Dalmacije sa 10.og kata. Jako dobra usluga, fino uređen prostor, iznimno čisti WC-i, i vrlo ugodna vibra... Hrana isto odlična i spremljena znalački, al ono što je zaista impresivno su - KOLAČI!! U šibenskoj županiji sigurno nema boljih kolača od ovih... Soufflé sa bijelom čokoladom i pistacijem, uz sladoled od vanilije je nešto abnormalno dobro!!! 2 dana zaredom smo se vratili zbog njega. I cheesecake sa skutom i kremom od smokava isto vrhunski...a onaj sa biskvitom od rogača i narančom je maestralan!! Možda se jedino još u Splitu može naći nešto slično po kvaliteti, al u srednoj i sjevernoj Dalmaciji, ovakva čarolija jednostavno ne postoji. Sve čestitke slastičarki, kapa do poda!!!

Superb food — truly some of the finest I’ve ever tasted, prepared with care and exceptional quality. Compliments to the chefs! The service was equally impressive — warm, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. The view and ambiance were beautiful, but what touched me most was the genuine dedication and warm welcome of the entire team. An experience of high standards at fair prices. Don't forget to make a reservation, sometimes they may not have a free table. Thank you for making our stay special!

Restaurant Review: Sky – A Disappointing Experience Behind a Beautiful View Based on the glowing reviews, we expected a refined and memorable dining experience at Sky Restaurant. Unfortunately, what unfolded was far from what we had envisioned. The panoramic view was, without a doubt, breathtaking — truly the only highlight of the evening. From there, however, the experience declined rapidly. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive, which already set a disappointing tone. We ordered the lamb confit, which turned out to be more akin to dry pulled lamb — lacking both the tenderness and richness one would expect from a proper confit preparation. The fish dish was equally underwhelming: the portion was extremely small, and the flavor was virtually nonexistent. The steaks were passable at best but remarkably bland. One would hope for bold flavors or at least a well-executed sear, but neither was present. Service left much to be desired. The staff were curt, bordering on rude, and no one bothered to ask how we were enjoying our meal. It felt more like a transaction than a hospitality experience. The only redeeming part of the meal was the tuna tartare starter, which was fresh and well-balanced. Beyond that, nothing stood out in a positive way. We were not offered dessert or even asked if we would like more drinks during our meal — a surprising oversight for a restaurant that positions itself as upscale. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Sky Restaurant. The pricing does not align with the quality of food or the level of service provided. What should have been a special evening turned into a frustrating and forgettable one. The stunning view simply isn’t enough to compensate for such a lackluster dining experience.

The view from the restaurant is truly stunning and calming. We were the only guests in the restaurant, yet we had to wait over an hour for our food. The tuna steak was extremely overcooked, and the staff didn’t even ask how we wanted it prepared. After waiting for more than an hour, they told us they didn’t have the bread (lepina) we had ordered—despite allowing us to order it in the first place. Overall, the food wasn’t bad, but for a restaurant that aims to offer a five-star experience, the service definitely needs improvement.

Dođite ovamo zbog odlične hrane i uživajte u iznimnom i prekrasnom pogledu na more s vrha hotela. Mjesto za stvaranje lijepih uspomena. Usluga izvanredna , poslužio nas je gospodin Toni, vrlo uslužan, ljubazan i ne nametljiv. Hrana je vrhunska, konzumirali smo:Dalmatinski pršut uz selekciju sireva, ( sve doslovno domaće) crni rižoto i rižoto od kozica i različite deserte sve redom odlične kvalitete i vrhunski pripremljeno, prvom prigodom se ponovo vraćamo na ovo izuzetno mijesto. Za posebne prilike sve preporuke. Omjer cijene i sve ukupne kvalitete uključujući i doslovno spektakularan pogled .Ocjena 10/10
