I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Sestica in Ljubljana, and it was a complete disappointment. The food was abysmal, with a distinct taste of store-bought mushroom sauce that left a bitter aftertaste. To make matters worse, every dish seemed to taste exactly the same, as if the chef had only one uninspired recipe in their repertoire. Save your money and taste buds, and avoid this place at all costs!

The restaurant is very big and elegant. The food was amazing - mushroom soup in bread, pumpkin soup, pork cheeks with cottage cheese rolls, grilled vegetables were incredible. Our Ukrainian waitress was amazing, gave us perfect advises and made us feel really welcomed 😊 Don’t miss 15€ menu from 11am till 15pm 😉

חיפשנו מקום לאכול ובמקרה שמנו לב על טפרית על הקיר. צריך לעבור כל המסעדה עד לכניסה לחצר. מקום מקסים, מאוד מרגיע. אוכל היה מצוין. שירות אדיב. רק דבר אחד הפריע מאוד - ריח חזק של שתן בשירותים. אף שורה תחתונה - המסעדה מומלצת מאוד.

Great atmosphere, great waiter, great food, great prices for wine (which was delicious). What more could you ask for? Me and my gf family saw the entrance to this restaurant while wandering around and decided to come in the evening after. We looked at the menu and was suprised of how cheap it was, we thought they might have a smaller portion since they were so cheap compared to the restaurants near the river but it wasn't the cae. The pumkin soup was great. I got the veal with the mash, which was fantastic. I suggest arriving around 6 - 7 pm
