I've enjoyed the degustation menu here multiple times. Although the menu does not change much seasonally, it consistently delivers elevated modern cuisine deeply rooted in local traditions and ingredients. Standouts include the exquisite olive oil, delicate fish- and superb duck (!) tartar, the brie (signature) and Mediterranean tuna—all deserving special recognition. The horse steak adds an interesting and enjoyable twist. Desserts, however, seem to have to save some costs, why not charging the menu for 500 RSD more instead I don’t have to understand. The wine list is appealing, yet lacks thoughtfully curated pairings to complement the dishes. Two notable issues significantly detract from the overall experience: inadequate heating arrangements during winter (an unfortunate contrast to the investment visible in expensive wines and whiskies displayed downstairs), and an effectively nonexistent smoking policy. Allowing heavy cigar smoking without proper ventilation is incompatible with the atmosphere of fine dining.

Tompus u fine-dine restoranu?! Jedan od mojoh omiljenih restorana u gradu, ali pusenje u lokalu srozava dozivljaj. Za vreme vecere, za jednim stolom do nas su dve osobe pusile tompuse i zadimile restoran do te mere da nije moglo ni da se dise ni da se uziva u hrani. Za sve goste i vlasnike restorana u Beogradu koji imaju taj stav da je dozvoljeno pusenje normalno i da bi zabrana lose uticala na posao, pogledajte kako su okolne zemlje uspele da se rese toga.

Было чисто и не многолюдно. Брали тестовое меню из пяти блюд. Рис и макароны были еле варёные, ломались на зубах, мясо было с кровью и кучей прожилок. Блюда показались скучными и не вкусными. Цены завышены, можно пойти в место из гида Мишлен и там будет дешевле. #невкусно_и_грустно Edit, ответ хозяину: мы брали рыбное и мясное тестовое меню так что кому-то достался рис, а кому-то макароны. Подозреваю что у меня было ризотто, а у друзей паста с неким соусом. Фото есть только пасты, добавил в отзыв.
