The worst service ever! The blonde girl who is working at the front desk thinks that she has the right to say who will enter and who will not besides the fact that you are paying 10€ for an entrance. Even though I am going to this restaurant every weekend, since there are not much of places for a party in Ljubljana I can say that starting from the reservation guys on the phone, to the waitress and the rude hostess downstairs, the service here is a pure disaster. Since they are targeting more of high end customer they should really be more bothered who are they employing.

Tried to find this restaurant for 15 minutes, walking in circles around the building, called and asked for directions, how can we find the entrance. they answered very dismissively, I had to look for and guess the location ourselves. in the whole restaurant there was 1 occupied table, which was probably a testament to the quality. no show, no music, twilight and 1 waiter. The dishes were carried for a very long time, the main course was waiting for more than an hour. the chicken pate appetizer was unbearably greasy and oily. the bread could be squeezed out of the amount of oil, it was not toasted, the bread literally floated in the oil. the pate was served with another piece of butter, biting off 1 time immediately became ill. We asked to replace the bread with which the waiter brought dried stale bread, explaining that he could not offer anything else. The 2 steaks were cold and downright awful. mashed potatoes from unknown ingredients and the quality of the meat leaves much to be desired ... at the only table near us, they also spoke badly about the meat. bad experience and tasteless food. Don't spoil the impression of a beautiful city in this restaurant.

Sorry to say, I never felt more disrespected at a bar/restaurant. Soo disappointed. As a professional Conseirge and travel agent from Canada, we wanted to experience this rooftop location. Since we arrived from Canada, we've had nothing but excellent service and warm hospitality. However, tonight's experience at Nebo shattered that feeling. When we arrived for cocktails, dressed casually as travellers, the cover was 10 Euros each to go up which we were happy to pay We took a seat at the outside terrace and waited 25 minutes without service. A waiter came outside to serve another small group and we signaled him over but we're totally ignored. I always check places out first before I bring any of my groups to a venue. We decided to leave but gave the people at the front door a chance to make it right and refund our 30 Euros as we didn't receive any service or more importantly any drinks They snubbed me and said, point blank. "No". We were shocked by their rude demeanor. I would not recommend this venue to any international travelers and will most certainly not take any of my high-end clients here.
