The atmosphere, sunset views, service were amazing. Food was nice but on my personal taste half of the dishes in tasting menu were too salty…

We visited in the off season but before the end of October to avoid possibly overcrowded and busy streets. We enjoyed a lovely evening, had the chef's tasting menu with wine pairings, and it was magical! We highly suggest stopping by this wonderful restaurant. We just heard, the Sommelier Dinko Lozica at LD received an award, and we can confirm. He was absolutely amazing with his depth of knowledge and history about each wine, and pairing this with the chefs culinary knowledge made for the most fantastic meal. Congratulations!

Sinoć sam doživela večeru koja nije bila samo obrok – bila je to čista emocija, umetnost, doživljaj za sva čula. Od prvog koraka u ambijent koji odiše elegancijom i tihim luksuzom, znala sam da me čeka nešto posebno. Svaki detalj je bio savršeno usklađen – svetlo, mirisi, muzika u pozadini… a onda je počela čarolija na tanjuru. Svako jelo – jedno malo remek-djelo. Ukusi koje ne zaboravljaš, teksture koje pričaju priču, spoj tradicije i moderne kuhinje koji dira u dušu. Iza svega stoji chef Marko Gajski koji ne kuha samo hranom, već emocijom. Njegova strast se osjeti u svakom zalogaju. A osoblje… diskretni anđeli večeri – prisutni, ali nenametljivi, pažljivi u svakom pogledu,odvode vas u svijet gastronomije. Ako želite da vaše nepce proživi ljubav, a vi da na trenutak zaboravite na sve van tog stola – ovo je mesto koje morate posetiti. Jer neki doživljaji se ne mogu ispričati – moraju se osetiti. Sve pohvale Marku Gajskom i njegovom cijelom profesionalnom timu!

Soirée magique dans un lieu privilégié. Une cuisine magnifique. Seul petit bémol, lorsqu'on demande un deuxième verre de vin, verre non changé et le serveur complète juste le verre. Dommage pour un tel établissement. À part ça, que du bonheur.

Ein absolutes Highlight – definitiv Michelin-Stern-würdig! Der gesamte Abend war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau. Der Service war außergewöhnlich: aufmerksam, herzlich und gleichzeitig dezent – genau richtig. Man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut. Das Essen war einfach göttlich. Jeder Gang war perfekt abgestimmt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet und wunderschön angerichtet. Geschmacklich ein echtes Feuerwerk – kreativ, raffiniert und absolut stimmig. Wer Fine Dining auf höchstem Niveau sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen garantiert wieder und können dieses Restaurant wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Just today, I posted three reviews about the Michelin-starred restaurants we visited on my friend’s 50th birthday trip—and last night’s experience was the final stop on this incredible journey. It’s easy to see why this restaurant has earned a Michelin star. The chef’s passion shines through in every course. My girlfriend had the vegetarian tasting menu, and she said—without hesitation—it was her favourite meal out of all the Michelin-star restaurants we’ve visited over the past two weeks. I’d agree that two of the courses were among the most flavourful and beautifully presented dishes we’ve ever eaten, anywhere. The fish dish in the attached photo and their take on Gyoza are amazing, along with the wagyu beef. That said, the one thing that stood out—and not in the best way—was the service. It was extremely formal, almost like something out of a Parisian film. While that might be exactly what some people are looking for, we found it a bit overly stiff, especially in contrast to the warm, engaging service we experienced elsewhere. We tried to connect and engage with the staff, but they didn’t crack a smile or show much interest in the human side of the experience. If you’re looking for outstanding food and precision, this restaurant is unquestionably worth a visit. But if, like us, you also value a bit of warmth, personality, and cultural connection during your dining experience, that may be something they could consider enhancing in the future.

After having a wonderful experience at their sister restaurant LD Garden, we decided to have dinner at LD Restaurant — and what can I say? The service was superb, and the wine was tailored not only to our courses but also to our personal taste. The food was simply art — what more can I say? From the focaccia, to the foie gras presented as a fruit, to the tartare, and finally the dessert — everything was just amazing and delicious. We also had beautiful conversations with the sommelier (who has excellent taste in coffee), with Šimon (I truly wish he would open a service school to teach others what top-notch service really means), and with Marco, the artist behind everything we ate. We fell in love — with the team, the wine, the restaurant, and ultimately with Korčula itself. We will surely come back just to taste this food — made in heaven (or in Marco’s kitchen, but same same). THANK YOU. I honestly envy everyone who still has the pleasure of experiencing dinner in your restaurant.
