At Ignis Tapas Bar, we are dedicated to celebrating the art of fine dining through an innovative approach to flavor and technique. We came to this place four times, twice for breakfast and twice for dinner. The servers and atmosphere were wonderful! They made us feel so welcome and we enjoyed being around that energy. The breakfasts were divine! I tried their French Toast and Chicken Foccacia sandwich. My wife had their Avocado Toast both times. Highly recommend them! For dinner, we loved the Calamari in Cuttlefish Ink Steam Buns. They were so delicious! I also had their Lamb Neck tacos. Great flavor! These were well worth the price! The only miss was some of the tapas dishes on the dinner menu were tiny, even by tapas standards. And they were still around the 20£ range...which is quite high for those specific dishes. Overall, a great place to visit (and often)!

The food here is amazing, really different to other menus, exceptionally cooked, some of the best food we’ve had and definitely the best in Croatia so far. Good tasty vegetarian options too. Recommend everything we had, but especially the leeks, mussels and tomatoes. Also great service and atmosphere.

Excellent food with an exciting menu. This restaurant would comfortably hold its own in London or New York. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. If you’re visiting Korcula it’s a place you shouldn’t miss.

Amazing restaurant with fantastic food and great friendly service. The french toast for breakfast was so incredible that I booked to come back for dinner the same day - and the degustation menu was so delicious 🤤 highly recommend, one of the best meals I've had in Croatia so far!

We went to Ignis for dinner a few weeks ago and had such a lovely experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great and the waiter for our table was extremely attentive and passionate about the food. We really enjoyed having our final dinner in Korçula there and recommend it for others visiting the island!

We had dinner here our first evening on our vacation and it was so good we made a reservation for our last evening too. A feast for the palate, a feast for the eye, a combination of taste and texture so pleasing. We had in two evenings 8 different small dishes and all of the desserts and, just wow…all different yet connecting and so good We tried, I think 7 different glases of wine, very good pairing on recommendation from Milos. If we ever come back to Korcula we will return Don’t miss this place!!

This restaurant is overdue for a Michelin rating. Our airbnb was just steps away and we were immediately impressed with Ignis and Miloš (the lead server). Breakfast was delicious and boasted the freshest ingredients. It was our favorite meal in Korčula until later that day (more on that in a minute). We ordered the eggs benedict and focaccia sandwich and we ate every last bite. The iced coffee was wonderful and served with a drizzle of date syrup. The breakfast was so good that we came back for dinner that same evening. Miloš welcomed us back with a smile, and expertly recommended wine that paired flawlessly with each dish. The menu is innovative, fresh and unexpected. Every bite was exquisite! Dinner here was even better than breakfast, and under the care of Miloš and his team, we were treated to an unforgettable experience. We were fortunate and snagged the last table - get reservations early as they do fill up.

I have so many things to say but there are not enough words.. I have been living in Croatia for over 10 years and my husband and I are people who travel for food because Croatia, although it has magnificent cuisine, is limited to maybe 5 out-of-this-world restaurants. Ignis is a restaurant I will go back to as often as I can, it is culinary genius. The food is beautifully presented, the flavors are balanced and well matched. Each plate is a love story between the chefs, who are Croatian and Spanish. They’ve brought together the best of both worlds and it’s an ode to the advantages of bringing together cultures. The service is both professional and personal. Miloš specifically is a gem amid, what I believe to be, falling standards in the Croatian service industry. You can tell he truly loves working there and takes pride in what he does which makes for an exceptional experience. I could have sat there all day eating and conversing with him. We had three children, 8-3-and 2, with us and it was lovely to be able to share this experience with them, which anyone with children understands can at times be difficult at nice restaurants. The dishes were exceptional in their ability to be simultaneously complex and simple, we were able to find something for everyone. This place should be on every travel guide to Croatia.

Ignis was the best meal we had on our holiday across Croatia! The food was amazing and really unique and the service was exceptional. Our waiter explained each dish to us, talked to us about the restaurant and the chefs and genuinely seemed to love working there. To top it all off the setting was absolutely stunning!

Must not miss at Korcula. Our family ordered 6 dishes and all of them were exceptional…a blend of some Spanish flavors with Croatia fusion. The service and staff were fantastic. Ignis should definitely be a Bib Gourmand

We had an incredible dining experience from start to finish. The waitstaff were attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious—tapas style was perfect for trying a variety of beautifully presented dishes. It was also my birthday, and my husband had arranged for a dessert with a candle when booking. The chef went above and beyond by baking a cake especially for the occasion, which made the night even more memorable. All round an amazing experience—highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a special atmosphere.

We had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was extremely good, polite professional service, everything was very clean. Broad selection of tasty vegetarian options. We've been there 4 times in total: 2 x dinner and 2 x breakfast. Looking forward to returning to this place.
