We loved our dinner at Konoba Vala! Our only mistake was waiting so late in our trip to come for dinner. Many of us got gnocchi with beef, we later learned it was made by the Nona of the family and it was to die for!! I would get it on repeat if we could. Our server was very friendly and even with a compelling slammed restaurant full of patrons, he took time to make sure we had all we needed. We were also treated to a delicious after dinner cocktail made with cream and walnut liquor, a must try! If I ever get the opportunity to come back to Brac, I will for sure be going back to Konoba Vala. (we had a large group of seven, so made a reservation earlier in the day and the table was waiting and ready for us when we arrive.)

Odlican ugodaj, jos bolja hrana i usluga. Pasticada i gril sve preporuke. Cijene pristupacne s obzirom na poziciju i kvalitetu hrane.

I highly recommend Konoba Vala to everyone!!!! The staff is very nice, friendly and professional!!!! We always tell ourselves that we'll just have something to drink, but we end up tasting some food because we see it at the next table😂... Personal message; The first coffee today made us very happy and my wife thanks a lot!!!!❤️🙏

Bewertung: Kulinarischer Totalausfall Wer diese Konoba betritt, sollte entweder extremen Hunger oder eine hohe Frustrationstoleranz mitbringen – idealerweise beides. Was hier als „Essen“ serviert wird, ist eine Beleidigung für jeden Gaumen. Die Rindssuppe wird mit einem Gemüsewürfel und ein paar Stückchen Karotten serviert. Keine Inhalt, kein Rindfleisch. Dafür um 7 euro echt kein Schnäppchen. Die „Pizza“ war ein trauriger Tiefkühlklumpen, vermutlich direkt aus dem Supermarktregal auf den Teller geworfen – ungewürzt, durchweicht, geschmacklich völlig entkernt. 15 euro pro Stück Der sogenannte Salat erinnerte mehr an Biomüll kurz vor dem Abtransport: welk, unappetitlich, völlig lieblos zusammengeworfen. 7 euro für ein kleines halb gefülltes Schüsselchen. Bei den übrigen Gerichten stellt sich ernsthaft die Frage, ob in dieser Küche überhaupt jemand kocht. Jede Spur von Handwerk, Qualität oder Liebe zum Produkt fehlt hier komplett. Statt Gastfreundschaft herrscht kulinarische Gleichgültigkeit – das Ganze wirkt, als wolle man die Gäste möglichst schnell, möglichst billig, und ohne Wiederkehr abfertigen. Fazit: Eine Konoba, wie man sie niemandem wünscht. Wer seinem Magen etwas Gutes tun will, geht besser woanders hin.

Buona Konoba, prezzi rimasti accettabili, il posto era molto piacevole. Evidentemente qualcosa e cambiato nel 2025, musica da discoteca piuttosto fastidiosa fino alle 23 , che da noia alle imbarcazioni ormeggiate a 10mt dal locale, come si vede nelle varie foto. Personalmente infastidito sono andato a cena nel altro ristorante di Bobovisce. Non capisco come mai i gestori non si accorgono che il rumore fa scapare i clienti. Forse vogliono trasformare il locale da Konoba a Discoteca ?
