This is a hidden gem restaurant in a little village of Mala Rava. It seems like it is a family restaurant, I guess there are working all family members. Restaurant requires reservations but the staff made an exception and gave us a table so big thanks to them. I won’t even start on the food — it was that good! We ate fried calamari with fries and John Dory (St. Peter’s) fish with swiss chard. Food is freshly prepared, very tasty and high quality. Prices are higher, as expected for a place like this. One thing I also love - coca cola in a can. Will return again.

Sehr nette kleine Konoba, sehr freundlicher und trotz vollem Lokal schneller Service. Der Chef zerlegt den ausgezeichneten Fisch in unglaublicher Geschwindigkeit am Tisch (und fängt u.W. nach auch noch selbst). Sehr gut, Preise im oberen Bereich angemessen. Die Vorspeisenplatte für 2 hatten wir nicht, sah aber sehr schön und viel für 2 Personen aus. Tolle hausgemachte Pommes und Tomatensuppe. Reservierung empfehlenswert. Das kleine Bojenfeld (das nicht zur Konoba gehört) war am Nachmittag schon voll belegt, man kann aber sehr gut gleich in der angrenzenden Bucht mit Landleine ankern.

Wir waren mit Freunden und unserem Segelboot zweimal in der Bucht und in der Konoba. Das erste und das letzte Mal. So ein unfreundliches Personal haben wir in Kroatien noch nie erlebt. Das Essen war unterirdisch. Ich hatte ein Steak, das glich in etwa einer Schuhsohle. Wir hatten dann noch das Pech, dass sich unser Dinghy scheinbar am Felsen (beim Festmachen an der Konoba) eine Luftkammer zerstört hat. Eine Frage, ob man uns mit einem anderen Boot an Bord bringen könnte (ein Gewitter war im Anzug) wurde strikt abgelehnt. Man hätte keine Zeit, kein Boot und wisse auch nicht, wem die anderen Boote gehören würden. Also diesen Ort werden wir nicht mehr betreten. Schade um das viele Geld, welches wir bezahlen mussten

Ambiente ist sehr gut, gerade die Tische im Anbau sind rustikal hochwertig, schattig und stimmungsvoll. Essen ist im Grunde normal, vielleicht lässt sich die Vorspeisenplatte positiv hervorheben (Oktopussalat, Aufstrich und gemischte frittierte Meeresfrüchte), da diese schön präsentiert wird und qualitativ und geschmacklich gut ist. Fisch, Nudeln und Calamari Fritti wie überall anders auch. Miesmuscheln waren mit zu viel Öl und überwürzt. Wenn der Wind zur Bucht passt, kann man jedenfalls hier essen, extra hinfahren würde ich nicht.

Excellent first class fish, it is fresh and truly masterfully prepared. Highly recommended. However, skip meat and shellfish, as they don’t seem to have them fresh. Food under “peka” (lid) is not recommended, preparation method is mediocre. The setting is so-so. It is too hot.

Apsolutno savrseno. Entuzijazam ljudi koji vode ovaj restoran na otoku Ravi je zarazan. Jednostavno, svaka preporuka oko pica i hrane je na pravom mjestu. Ove godine smo vec dva puta bili tu i sigurno cemo se opet vratiti.
