Erg vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam en sociaal. Het eten is daar smakelijk en ook grote porties eten. Dus goede kwaliteit voor een kleine prijs. De kamers zijn wel wat minder, klinken van de deuren waren kapot. Badkamer stonk. Er was geen wc papier aanwezig. De kussens en bovenkant van de dekbed waren wat nat. Raam functioneerde niet goed en de luxaflex was kapot. De planken op de muur hingen scheef en de kopjes stonden op een bevuild keukenpapiertje. Het is daar huisdiervriendelijk. Het ontbijt was dan weer niet lekker maar wel een redelijk ruime keuze. Wel een aanrader voor diner en een avondje café

Spent 2 nights, ate 1 meal there and was surprised by the hospitality. Staff was welcoming, rooms were clean and comfortable I recommend 100%, Lake Bled is easily reachable by train and the price is unmatchable. Food was good and it is literally the only option around so don't wait after 9pm to eat. If I'm in the region again I'll come back here for sure, fell in love with Žirovnica. I could even see Bled Castle from my window.

Food very excellent. Big portions. The waiter Marko is perhaps the best one I have ever met. He was very kind, friendly and hardworking. There’s clean and quiet environment with a view of the nearby mountains. The price was quite reasonable, compared to other prices in Slovenia. If you are staying at the Knafel guesthouse, which is located about 600 meters from this restaurant, you will receive a menu offer for €15. The price includes 3 courses (soup, main course, dessert).

Das Restaurant ist eines der besten, die ich bisher besucht habe. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Ich hatte das 3-Gang-Dinner und jeder Gang hat fantastisch geschmeckt. Der Kellner, Marko, hat den Abend perfekt gemacht. Er war unglaublich gut gelaunt (z.B. hat er die Lieder mitgesungen), sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat alles gut erklärt und war der beste Kellner, den ich bisher erleben durfte. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen und kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen!
