Locale posto nel centro di Lubiana, molto caratteristico (e turistico, vista l'ambientazione ricostruita) sia per gli ambienti che per il servizio in abiti d'epoca. La cucina è buona, consiglio di provare il tris di selvaggina. I costi sono medi. Metto tre stelle per via dei vestiti poi impregnati di odore di cibo: forse la cappa e i filtri della cucina erano fuori uso quando ci sono stato.

I went here on a Monday and received fast service. Waiter was prompt, but not friendly. I was looking for something vegetarian and they had only a couple options. I got a layered vegetable casserole and it was okay. Warm, not hot, and a bit greasy. It you need a fast place to eat and like meat, this is probably a decent spot. The prices seemed very reasonable. If you have time to spare, there are probably better places to visit in the area.

In gemütlicher Atmosphäre am Samstag den 15.09.bei bestem Spät Sommerabendwetter draußen gesessen! Nette, nee sehr nette weibliche Bedienung die uns deutsch beraten konnte! Ihr noch einen Schmatz 😘 auf die Wange und sie weiß warum!!! Das Essen und dunkle Bier 🍻 war lecker 😋 Auch drinne ist das Lokal eine Augenweide... Habe schöne Bilder gemacht 🤗

This is a traditional restaurant not so popular among the tourist but I eat there the best soup of my life. It was a mushrooms soup inside of a bread cup. You must try.

I have found this place as I searched for "mushroom soup in Ljubljana" in Google. Most of the recommendations were talking about this place. Soup was actually great. Bread could be better. Had better ones in Kranj region. Two types of Sausages I have tried. Krainer was avagage, blood sausage below average. Staff is great but overworked., Therefore you can get impression that they are impolite. You have to have understanding for them. If you want to eat mushroom soup in bread, in Ljubljana this is the place. If you just want Slovenian cuisine, or just a nice food experience, there are better choices around.
