Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable- we were very happy with our stay there. It is not a fancy hotel- they are very nice guest rooms. No elevator but only about 6- 12 stairs depending which entrance you use. They breakfast was good- meats/cheese/breads, yogurt, cakes, some cold veg, juices- they offered to make omelet or eggs but we declined as happy with the offerings available. ||The restaurant was good- huge portions, a salad bar- definitely eat here whether you stay or not- a few years ago we had lunch while in town for the day and it was fantastic. This year we were out and about at lunchtime so just enjoyed dinner. ||The family that runs this place is kind and helpful.

The food is very good and tasty, the service very nice, but I was most of all impressed by the way they treat the kids. They have a playground area, the kids get children's cups, spoons, forks and napkins ... So it really was a great family experience.
