For their dishes they only use fresh first class ingredients and you can see that their chef is making the best of it. We really loved the fact that their menu is seasonly themed and anytime you visit them you get to try something new. Food was really flavorful! Every dish was visually perfect, like tuna lollipop which was a pure pleasure to see. You can feel chefs ambition and perfection in every bite that you take. The only thing we feel they could improve on, is introducing a litlle bit of heat in some of the dishes, but like we said it is something that we would prefer. Otherwise everything was great and we had a really pleasent afternoon. If you decide to try them out we are sure you wont regret it!

Tired after a day of hiking we asked the car's satnav for a place to eat nearby, with no high expectations set it gave us this amazing restaurant. We were blown away by the well crafted and well presented food with ingredients from the local farm (as we understood it). The moment of surprise gave it an extra push but can really recommend it and I will totally use the satnav for more restaurants.
