Had a dinner here last night and it was the most amazing experience in Ljubljana. Wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant, very helpful staff, a wide selection of great wines... but the best part was the food! Gosh, it tasted fantastic! Surprising dishes, brilliant combination of ingridients and creativity! Can't wait to visit again!

I had lunch at the new Georgie Bistro and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The restaurant offers very innovative dishes, and the wine pairing was spot on. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and attentive, making the entire dining experience a pleasure. The atmosphere was chic and cosy, perfect for a date night or a night out with friends. Chef Gregor Jelnikar and his team have done an outstanding job in creating an innovative and satisfying menu. Each dish was expertly prepared, beautifully presented and full of flavour. I highly recommend the restaurant for its food, atmosphere, and service. It's the perfect place to go for a special occasion or a night out. I would like to extend my congratulations to Chef Gregor Jelnikar and his team on a job well done, they are creating a truly special dining experience.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a chic, elegant atmosphere. The menu at Georgie bistro is a culinary masterpiece, featuring a wide range of dishes that are expertly crafted and beautifully presented. We started with three cold dishes, which were a work of art. The flavours were so well-balanced and the textures were spot on, making it the perfect way to begin our meal. For the main course, we opted for different dishes , which were equally impressive. The portion size was perfect, and the flavours were out of this world. The meats were cooked to perfection, and the accompanying sauce was nothing short of incredible. But the true highlight of the meal were the desserts. All the desserts were a true showstopper, both in terms of taste and presentation. Each one of it was rich and decadent, with the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. The service was also top-notch. The waitstaff were attentive and knowledgeable, always making sure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Overall, I would highly recommend Georgie bistro to anyone looking for a fine dining experience that is truly unforgettable.
