Fratelos Bar has a truly beautiful location with a perfect sea view, a charming ambiance, and soft jazz playing in the background, it really sets the mood. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the setting. We arrived around 10 a.m. and the place was nearly empty, yet after sitting down, we waited over 15 minutes with no service. Eventually, my fiancé had to go to the bar himself to place the order, while the waitress leaned casually on the counter, showing no intention of approaching us. When we were finally noticed, she half-heartedly apologized if we had been waiting, which we clearly had.The coffee was also disappointing; weak, flat, and definitely not Illy, despite the branded spoon.While the location and ambiance are lovely, what truly matters is service and quality. Sadly, with coffee and treatment like this, we won’t be coming back for breakfast or brunch. Our honest suggestion to the owners: the staff needs a serious attitude check to match the venue.

Ambijent restorana je prijatan i opuštajući, idealan i za obiteljske ručkove i za večernje izlaske. Ono što me je posebno impresioniralo je usluga – osoblje je bilo ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek na raspolaganju, ali nikada napadno. Osjećala sam se zaista dobrodošlo i cenjeno kao gost.
