Bome was an excellent dining experience and deserves (at least) a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The 3 course meal was extremely affordable and super delicious. The beef tartare was fresh and tasty, the sirloin was perfectly salted, and the apple dessert was an interesting take on a classic. All of that, plus an amuse bouche, plus a final dessert treat, plus a well curated wine pairing, came out to 160 euros for a meal that could’ve been double. The service was also extremely attentive and the restaurant felt brand new. Bome hasn’t hit the mainstream yet, but it sure will soon.

My family and I ate here on our vacation to Split, and we opted for the five course menus. The portions were absolutely perfect, and there was great variety in the food we were given. The beef tartare was very delicious, and we were quite impressed. With that being said, the service by the server at our table was even better. She was the kindest person, and she was very knowledgeable about the food. At one point in the meal, we had a dilemma, and she was quick to assist us with anything we may have needed. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Bome has great ambitions, and they are trying. The restaurant is obviously created in a very ambitious way, kitchen is amazing, and I have allot of faith in the chef, BUT it's too expensive for what you get m we have eaten in allot of high level restaurants, and at this price level, you should be shocked with how good the dishes are, but here it's more like you "get" the idea and potentiall, but they didn't quite pull it off. If the total food bill was 50% with the wine the same, my review would be 100% opposit, and I would praise how you basically get close to Michelin quality for less, but in this case, they charge Michelin prices, but they are not quite there.

Expérience très mitigée. Les plus : Un chef souriant Une ambiance simple et agréable Un tartare de boeuf absolument exquis, un vrai coup de coeur Une carte des vins sympathique Neutre : dessert sympa, mais trop sucré pour un gastronomique (ça c'est très personnel) Le service Les moins : Le lieu d'abord. Y venir en voiture est un défi pour se garer, et pour la qualité de l'environnement. Ambiance très banlieue Des arêtes (pas une, ça peut arriver... mais 7 grosses !) dans le morceau de poisson, du bar. Et lorsque l'on souhaite se hisser à un niveau gastronomique, un détail comme celui-là ne passe pas. Tout simplement. Les deux cubes d'aloyau sont symboliques en quantité. Pourquoi pas, si l'expérience est wahouuu. Mais ce n'est pas le cas. La tendreté et le fondant de la viande sont tout simplement absents. L'accompagnement pomme de terre acceptable. Bref nous nous réjouissions d'avoir réservé chez Bome. Nous sommes repartis un peu déçus. Avec de meilleures adresses visitées en Croatie, à Split, à Zagreb. Peut-être avons-nous des critères de qualité trop élevés pour nos expériences gastronomiques ?

Von Neuss nach Split..und an unserem ersten Abend durften wir, hier in diesem kleinen und gemütlichen Restaurant verwöhnt werden. Top Genuss ! Wir hatten ein fünf Gang Menü mit der passenden großzügigen Weinbegleitung und einen Rundum Service . Die Preise sind mehr als moderat für diese hohe Qualität. Danke an das Bome Team .. wir werden wieder kommen..
