Always crowded, I think everywhere in Romania it's the same for McDonalds. There is an express counter present but as per my understanding both counters serve at the same speed. And both have big queues. I strongly recommend they have to introduce self payment machines, that can improve the turnaround time.

In gara de nord este jale mare la MC, inteleg ca e trafic foarte mare dar sa angajeze mai multe persoane ca nu e normal sa ai toata ziua coada mare, nu este normal sa astepti +15 minute doar pentru un suc. Luati exemplu de la Iasi ca si acolo e mult trafic dar nu astepti mai mult de 10 minute in cel mai rau caz, si calitatea produselor este infierioara, se simpte gustul de ulei folosit prea mult in tot ce cumperi.

Very slow staff with lack of communication. Queued for ages only to be told to move to another line as that till will close. Also they forgot one of my food item.
