Three times in a row I have had the same bad experience on the cash counter, in this very same MC Donalds' place. I've been ending up missing my buses - just because the girls working there have absolutely no experience and no idea of how the ordering and the student system works. And yet, I do not blame them - I blame the management for not training them properly and long enough for a suitable job operation.

Staff very disrespectful.Waited 20minutes I had order number 94 and the staff lady yelled twice “98” holding my order and after five minutes i asked for my order and she said she yelled my number twice and i didn’t respond. I told her she said the wrong number and she talked back and denied and was VERY disrespectful. Maybe learn the point of fast food and customer service. Unbelievable.

Osebno imam dobro izkušnjo. Prijazno osebje, hitro dobiš in prav tako je higiena na nivoju. Priporočam. Edino na katere dneve je lahko kar veliko ljudi, zato je potrebno biti potrpežljiv in počakati na svoje naročilo.
